Payment

Payment must be received in full before we process your order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the Netherlands via PostNL. Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

Returns and Refunds

Under Dutch consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products without giving any reason (withdrawal period).

Conditions
